an enchanting getaway!
great price attentive staff romantic ambiance
i found attentiveness among the reception staff. they were friendly. the hotel had more than expected. i discovered pleasant surprises and it helped me. the overall ambiance felt romantic.
i found the undercooked turkey and chicken disappointing. when i returned it, i felt frowned upon. they threw the same piece back on the grill. this.

the hotel features several pools perfect. there is a main pool, a children's pool, and a splash park with slides, all next to each other. a poolside bar offers refreshments and snacks throughout the day. the area is cleaned often.

the buffet restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. themed nights add variety to the menu. i discovered a grill station where chefs prepare fresh meat and fish and it was AMAZING!!! dessert options are plentiful, including cakes, pastries, and ice cream.

our room included comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. daily cleaning services ensure a tidy space. the air conditioning kept the room cool. blackout curtains helped get great sleep, and it was just what we needed after full days.

The restaurant provided a buffet service. I found the food quite satisfactory. There was different meat each night cooked by the grill chef. The salad bar was also really good (I liked the variety). The reception staff handled every request quickly.
The hotel charged a daily fee for parking. I had to find parking around the area instead. There was a charge for a plastic beaker to get drinks by the pool. This policy seemed quite strange since I was all-inclusive.

poor quality plastic cups
the pool area was acceptable. i found a spot with sun loungers, a basic but needed amenity.
i must report that the all inclusive drinks were substandard. the limited selection and poor quality were disappointing, i was forced to consume beverages from plastic cups.

The hotel offered useful facilities for children. Breakfast included a wide selection (especially the fresh fruit). The reception staff was always ready to assist and did so efficiently. Room service maintained a high cleanliness standard throughout my stay.
The gym had limited hours. It closed earlier than I would have preferred for evening workouts.

Staff members were generally helpful and approachable. The front desk provided quick responses to inquiries and requests. I believe they contributed significantly to a generally smooth and efficient hotel experience.

My room had a king-size bed and a separate seating area. It also had a balcony overlooking the pool area. The bathroom included complimentary toiletries and a powerful shower (which was great after a day at the beach).
